Fazeonestudio.com try to ensure that the colours you see on our online gallery are as close as possible to the actual printed product. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact colour match as onscreen colours and pictures will differ depending on the settings of your PC monitor. Please note, all the images on fazeonestudio.com website are low resolution jpegs so do not do justice to the finished product. Please also be aware that all the images online carry a fazeonestudio.com watermark, which is specifically there to protect the copyright of the image; this will not be printed on to your image

fazeonestudio.com aim to deliver photographic prints within 21 to 28 working days of receiving a confirmed order. Delivery may take longer for bespoke prints. Claims in respect of short deliveries or damage to goods in transit must be notified by the purchaser to fazeonestudio.com in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. You should contact us first by e-mail info@fazeonestudio.com - to arrange the return of the goods all at your own expense. The artwork should be returned t in the original packaging. You must notify us in writing of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged after delivery. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed once fazeonestudio.com have received the goods concerned.

No liability is accepted by fazeonestudio.com for any indirect loss arising from non-delivery or delay in delivery of any goods caused by Act of God, Riot, or Civil Commotion, War, Strike, Lockout, Fire, Flood, Drought, Act of Government, failure to obtain or shortages of raw materials or any other cause whatsoever beyond its control.
All prices shown on fazeonestudio.com website are in Canadan fundsand are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.
